Paul accepted the call to ministry in 1984 and since that time, he has served as Black Church Strategist Missionary (HMB), a Denominational Leader in Alaska, Ohio, Kentucky and in Georgia, Church Planting Missionary, Church Planting Resources Team Leader, Pastor, Mission Pastor, Sunday School Director, Evangelism Director and Church Growth Consultant and guest speaker as Evangelist, Preacher, and lecturer in various Churches and Conferences across North America and on foreign soil. Paul has felt the need to grow intellectually by graduating from Boyce Bible College, Wayland Baptist University and also a Master of Arts Degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Paul’s life has been one of service and dedication to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Paul is a godly husband, father, and disciple, married to his sweetheart Evelyn E. Massie  and from that union three loving young adults, and a host of grandchildren and  great grandchildren.
